What is a doula?
A doula is a non-medically trained birthworker who provides emotional, physical and educational support to women through birth and postpartum. As a full spectrum doula I'm trained to offer support throughout the entire spectrum of reproduction. Whether it's fertility/conception, prenatal planning, birth support, postpartum care or bereavement support.

While every birth and motherhood journey is different. We are united in our need for community and support. As your doula I'm committed to providing holistic care through herbs, mindset work, education, and so much more. I offer support from conception well into postpartum years.
Each support package is customized to your needs and vision, and includes at least one prenatal and postpartum visit in addition to birth support.
